 Do you realize that you are the true conscious creator of your reality?

With the yoga practices that I offer (detailed below), you will learn how to activate and connect with the peace and love welling up from within you. 

How to harness the power of your mind in a way that benefits you, enabling you to fully realize your true potential. Stress and fear are not inherent; they are reactions, responses to stimuli, and various situations that either reside within us or surround us. If we are unable to manage them (as we lack control), we refer to this mental state as stress or fear. IIt is important to be aware that all of our reactions and actions stem from our Inner "Attunement" = harmony.

This Harmony, or Inner balance is a combination of our basic bodies - Mental (Mind), Emotional, Physical Body, and Life Energies (water, fire, air, earth, ether), as well as the Spiritual Body.

We are a combination of all these bodies. You can consciously attain states of being such as joy, love, or bliss. 

  The key to a healthy life is living in balance on all levels of our Being.

Introduction + Meditation - Fully accepting presence and shift to a new reality.  

Here and now, we are connected to everything - break the illusion of separateness.


Pranayama Yoga  - Introduction 

Demonstration and Explanation of the Basic Techniques. Pranayama is a highly effective and straightforward practice within the realm of yoga. It is a breathing technique through which you will discover that all the power and energy reside within you. You will learn to work with the breath and, as a result, achieve greater harmony on the four levels of the bodies. 

Practicing Pranayama exercises together.


Chanting various mantras - Brahmananda Swarupa, Shiva Shambho and others.

Chanting helps the seeker of truth connect with their true nature. While chanting 'Brahmananda Swaroopa', gradually becomes aware that everything is a manifestation of the creator's blissful form.

Also, "pacing" with the sound of "Aum" (universal sound) has significant healing benefits for the body and soul.

Discussion about purifying (activating) the basic elements within us. 

Achieving full physical health by consciously connecting with - activating the elements that make up our physical body (Water, Air, Fire, Earth, Ether)

ღ The importance of proper nourishment of the physical body during spiritual transformation. 
Let food become your medicine. Did you know that even food has a vibration? 


Which foods have a beneficial effect on the human body?
 

I will offer specific advice on vegan and raw diets. 

ღ Final Meditation: Moving from perceived individuality to Oneness - reawakening and connecting with Being, Spirit, and the Universe.
